Building and Manipulating Models of Macromolecules

A common file format has evolved to store coordinate information. Check out the Pdb file format.

Several programs have been developed to help build, display, manipulate and create images of structures. Pick one of the following for further study (2 weeks) and presentation to the class (in 3rd Week).
