I am presently interested in structure and function of chlorosomes, electron transfer in chlorosomes, electron transfer in and around reaction centers, sulfur metabolism in the green sulfur bacterium Chlorobium tepidum and the filamentous anoxygenic phototroph Chloroflexus aurantiacus.
